Door to the room looked like it had been “jimmied” at one point. Did not prohibit the door from functioning properly just a little shocked upon checking in

We came for my niece's wedding in Amelia Island. The hotel was wo derful and only 6 miles from the venue! It was perfect!

My husband is a vet and has a service dog. We were denied due to the dogs weight and had to board my husband dog during our stay making it difficult for my husband. Under the federal law, a service dog is not to be denied. When asking to speak to a manger regarding matter. The manger was not available. This lead to more issues besides my husband.
Staff not being aware of federal laws Florida Statute § 413.08. This hotel has violated Florida statute.
