The restaurants and staff were amazing.
The beds were smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable. The rooms were the smallest I have rented and twice the price I normally pay.
Getting in touch with the hotel prior to the conference was impossible and very frustrating.
17 emails and numerous calls,and never did reach a person working in Franklin.

it was ok
we went to breakfast and we had to pay. when we made the reservation it had said “free breakfast”. keep in mind that this is NOT the case.
