100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
The full breakfast was warm and fresh. I check in. The girl went above and beyond to find the checking cuz she couldn't find it from the booking site. It took us about an hour in total but she didn't give up and she was very friendly the entire process.
Nothing.

The size of the room. The suite was fantastic.
The breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy and gravy with sour there was no breakfast meat, sausage, bacon, etc. The scrambled eggs were fine.

Proximity to the West DesMoines area & interstate. It also felt like a safe area with our trailer.
The room layout was nice with two beds and a separate sitting area.
Upon arrival our room wasn’t made up & the guy at the desk was pretty flippant about it. Just a negative first impression.

It wasn’t to far from the event
It was not clean, the back doors stayed unlocked throughout the whole night, didn’t feel safe knowing anyone could come in the building, my shower kept filling up in the tub do to clumps of hair stuck in the drain, the elevator was extremely slow and the stairwell smelled of mildew
