Nice staff, great food, and nice size for my family of 5. Everyone had there own bed..
Did not do the best cleaning the room.. floors were dirty and tub had hair in the drain. Just need better cleaners and to make sure they actually clean the floors.

The size of the space and layout was nice
The bathroom was dirty when we arrived even though the room was cleared for us to have it. We called the desk and someone was sent to clean it, but they still didn't do a great job - probably because they finished in only 2 minutes. The inside of the toilet had stains, including what looked like period stains. The Hallways outside the rooms didn't smell good either - very musty and old smelling

hotel must have been built on a budget. Room design, bathroom, and bedroom areas were bare minimum. The TV could not be watched from the bed...divider wall block tv from bed. TV was small and was bolted to a dresser.... why not mount a larger tv on wall with mounts that allow viewing from both the bed or the couch. Bathroom was minimal. Tub was so small it was difficult to take shower.... why not a walk in shower. Look at the room design at Huntersville.
