Location was only determinant.
Our room temp control was not functional. It could not be adjusted. We had to relocate toa second room.

property needs a update. bathroom was old and worn out low toilets . This property was half Fairfield inn and half Delta Hotel. 1st and 4th floors were Fairfield. 2nd and 3rd floors were Delta. The fairfield guests got complimentary breakfast but as a Delta guest we were only offer a limited buffet which we would need to pay.

Feel it should be free for everyone as much as u pay for the shitty ass rooms
Rooms to far away long walk for me i have rhumetoid arthritis and fibromyalgia the walks were gorrible felt luke it was a corn maze to confusing and i feel breakfast should be included with everyone stay yall find any little thing to charge for and its a basic ass hotel no got tun no free breakfast there needs to be some type of something u only offer free water and coffee like we jus soent dam near three hundred and we only get coffee and water and it was for one night
