Staff, rooms, accommodation of special requests, location, price, help when dates changed and flexibility and happy to help!
Can’t think of anything.

The location is excellent. The room was nice, with all of the expected amenities. The bathroom needed some work on the wallpaper, and the tub surround was cracked. One piece of furniture appeared to have had a dog chewing on it. Overall, it was a nice room, and a great value for the money. Great breakfast.

The mattress was hard. The furnishings were extremely old. The toilet seat was from 20 years ago or longer. The refrigerator had mold in it. I’ll never stay here again.
Just about everything.
