Bellingham Lodge

Perfect for my needs. Affordable, an excellent proximity to WWU, and the staff was very approachable.

Nothing I can think of -- it suited my needs.

great staff, nice

Breakfast waffle was good.

Would've liked decaf coffee available in the dining area and low-fat yogurt, and a bit of cheerful smile from the morning staff wouldn't hurt. Noisy footsteps from room overhead, and small noises from the heater area interrupted sleeping. TV not responsive to remote.

Close to WWU and inexpensive is a plus for sure. If you are not picky and need a place to sleep for a night or two, this is a good option. Staff is friendly.

Like other reviews, outdated rooms and facilities. There is a certain odor in the hallways that is not pleasant at all, Fixing this would help immensely with the rest of experience. Handyman working on one of the rooms had his truck running in the back parking lot for hours into the night. And windows/walls are super thin. Pool is out of commission, which is ok because I couldn’t imagine hanging by the pool in this location. Maybe in 1980 is was a better vibe.
