DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Westchase

Food was delicious. Room and AC were pleasant and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Nice and easy to use TV.

Elevators were broken and had to use service elevator. Room smelled musty. No refrigerator.

Hotel staff were super nice. The restaurant waitress/ bartender (Mariah) was especially excellent. Clean facilities and large rooms.

Main elevators did not work. Not a great location next to major roads. Not a walkable location. Feel stuck.

Breakfast not included in the per night price elevator not working, had to use the service area / staff elevator in the back of the building water leaks at the entrance of the lobby, buckets and towels on the floor room window leaked and water collecting on the window seal after couple of hours of rain Also sliding barn doors for the in room bathrooms with smell of the bathroom reaching the room plus not a fan of bathroom doors without a door lock

Location was very convenient to all of the places we planned to visit! Rooms were very clean and tidy

Elevators didn’t work at all, front or service one. Had to take the stairs majority of our visit! Receptionists weren’t friendly, just wanted us in and out. One receptionist was even on her phone playing a loud video while talking to us during check in. Only one way in and one way out! Side doors only used to exit, can’t even use our keys to open any doors for the outside. Would rather stay somewhere else cheaper with better quality like a holiday inn!
