Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center

Lots of parking, close to shops and theme park

Large resort, difficult to find room originally

The complete experience was wonderful.

It’s nice the way it’s set up

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. I just didn’t give it 100% score.

The hotel was easy to find; however, finding our room location was difficult. The room was large and quiet, however, the air conditioner was very loud.

We had a "handicap accessible room", however, the set-up in the bathroom was poor. There was only a tub (not a walk-in shower as expected). The hand-held shower was very difficutl to use (it leaked and sprayed water out of the joint). The tub was very difficult for me to step over to use the shower. There was only a very small, free-standing sink with no counter, so no area to place our toiletries. There was no shower cap provided for my use. The mattress as well as the pillows were too soft to offer any support.
