Guest Inn Pigeon Forge

Room was clean. The receptionist as always was exceptional. Location is great.

The carpet felt a little sticky on bare feet.

Front desk staff was nice and polite but the lady had a very soft voice and I couldn't hear her very good. The front lobby smelled very fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows.

The bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. The bathtub didn't look very clean. The bathroom was very small. My husband said the bathroom floor had a dip in it. Possible leak at sometime? The sink was outside of the bathroom and right beside the door to the hallway. Not much room for toiletries around the sink. Heard the people in the room above us or beside us making noise until well after midnight and we had a box fan turned on high.

In pigeon forge just off the main drag on the lower end. Room was nice. Plenty of hot water.

Beds needed help. Pillows were flat. Fan in shower didn’t work. Told front desk and was fixed that day. The shower head is not made for a 6 ft tall man. AC was ok but could have been cooler
