Breakfast had everything I needed. The location was centered around many eating establishments.
I had some issues that I brought to the attention of the desk clerk 2 Days in a row. They were both friendly and cordial but the best part was, they were willing to give me a partial refund
After multiple problems in the bathroom to include no hot water for a couple days, I was told they could not issue a refund because I bought the tickets through a third party. Then I find out my third party's address is in the Netherlands, whose representative was pretty much non English speaking . They were able to get in contact with the hotel manager so eventually it worked out.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above average. Staff were great
Had three issues right off the bat. Phone in room wasn't working. No ice machine on our floor, and couldn't connect to internet. Front desk said they would call service for phone. Told them don't worry about it had cell phones. Told me the only ice machine was on the third floor, no big deal. Told me to bring my phone to front desk and they would set it up. Said thanks, but no big deal, wasn't planning on being on the Internet all night
