Location
When booking on line we specifically looked for a place that was pet friendly. On line you claimed your establishment was pet friendly. Small print a fee maybe applied. No mention of cost.
While checking in I gave my card for incidentals as always. We had our dog on a leash with us. No one mentioned anything about a fee.
After our stay I found we were charged $90 for a pet fee. Ouch. No up front discussion on this fee. We were very shocked.
I called to speak to the manager about this. The front desk said manager wasn’t available and would have them call me. I never got the call back.
Our pet did no damage. Perhaps some dog hair. But I would assume all linens are washed between stays.
Anyway from now on we will stay at a place the is upfront with us on the cost.
