We liked the amenity of the included pool for sitting, having a beer and cooling down in the hot sun.
The bed was very comfortable. The inn is very good located at the main street of Fort Myers, a car is advised though because walking will become a pain quickly because of the wide distances.
A pretty good diner for good money is located 150meters next to the inn. The price-performance ratio is very very good. You got everything necessary in the rooms. Also, the rooms were quite big in useable space.
The cleanliness was moderate but had some flaws, especially foreign hair in the towels and the toilet seat was just not cleaned, you could see that. We fixed it pretty easy by ourselves with wet toilet paper, so it was certainly possible. Here is space to improve.

The distance from the event
That it was a little dirty and an open used bar of soap was left in the shower. We didn’t take a shower there.
