RiverStone Condo Resort & Spa

We loved the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience to everything. We will definitely choose this resort again.

We didn't have an issue with anything. We liked everything about it.

Everything

250.00 dollar cleaning fee for one night is unfair, I understand cleaning fee for multiple nights, but that’s too pricey

Everything we will be back

We enjoyed the local attractions. We visited Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede.

This was the eleventh time staying at RTiverstone. Each time before this time has been well worth the time and money. When I called the day before check-in, the host of Riverstone was rude and told me my reservation was canceled. It was too late to verify, so I had to wait to talk to a manager. It was not canceled after all, but I was treated with a high level of disrespect. When we got to the room, the hot water wouldn't work, the room was smaller than we had stayed in before, and we spent more money on less room. I was not impressed at all with our experience this time.
