Mattress needs to be replaced. Carpet is old and smells. Shower curtain rod was drooping due to crack in the wall at the mounting bracket. Tub is cracked near the drain. The place needs a complete refresh.

Lovely hotel right on the beach.

The room was ok. The carpets seemed to need a good deep clean.

All of the workers were amazing. Everything that we needed was always provided to us. The shower head in our room was broken and a maintenance man was there in minutes to fix it. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! We loved the pools, lazy river, and the hot tubs. There were many swings to sit and relax in and tables to sit in the shade.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the property, was that my elderly parents couldn’t enjoy the beach. The steps to the beach had a massive drop off at the bottom. There needs to be a few more sets of steps to make it down to the beach. My parents had to be helped up and down because of the high steps. There was no way that they could go down by themselves, which they absolutely would have loved to do, but I had to be with them each time. It was so hard on them that they just stayed at the hotel or admired the beach from the top of the stairs. This made me wonder how wheelchair bound people enjoy the beach from your hotel? You gave wheelchair accessible things at the pools, but it would be nice if you had a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair pad on the beach for them, as well.

Location to the beach, the breakfast was very good and the hotel attendants were friendly and helpful
