The cookies were a bonus. All staff members were friendly and went out of thier way to help with questions.
The breakfast was very good with a staff person there to help with anything, she was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome.
When the air conditioner was running it blew fright on us when we were in bed.,when we tried turning it down, it got so hot.

Loved the location and friendly staff. Especially the staff in the breakfast room.
We were in a suite and it was very disappointing. Just a slightly larger room. There also was an adjoining door where the person in the next room stood and talked on her phone late at night. You could hear the whole conversation. Maybe more insulation?

Facilities were good. Breakfast was good.
Front desk not always staffed. Had to wait several minutes for someone to return. Gave the impression that the hotel runs short on staff or that the front desk personnel has duties which takes them away from front desk duties.

The beach area is lovely
Old tired common areas… main lounge looks worn and dirty… staff often barely spoke, o greeting, seemed indifferent.
For $499 a night, no where near up to par..
