The WiFi and signal was extremely poor. Other than that the experience was awesome !

The room was clean.

I called the night before departure to see if I could get a late checkout because we had a flight out of Milwaukee in the evening the next day. I was told, in a very kirt way, that I had to wait until the next day to see if this was possible. Mind you, there were so few guests there. It was like a ghost town, and it was a Wednesday checkout. The next day, I was told that 11:30 was the latest we could check out. The other thing is I am handicapped and we were placed on the 2nd floor way in the back. I use a walker, and when I went to and from the room, it was quite a hike. I had to stop several times to catch my breath. I would not stay here again. 😒
