Great location and quiet!!!
Walkable to both Ogunquit and Perkins Cove.
Had hot coffee and hot water for tea daily.
Great updated bathroom and a hot shower!
Extremely clean and functional for a family!
No continental breakfast .
Need to continue updates with esthetics in the room.
Bathroom shower swing door design and swing of bathroom entrance door impeded mobility for elderly and young children. Poor design in small space.

I’m from the south and used to people being extremely friendly. While the check-in staff was OK, they could be a little friendlier.

Loved everything. Suite was excellent. Parking was very convenient, outdoor areas for relaxing, location for restaurants and access to Perkins Cove were great.
