Its cozy , friendly staff. Gym is nice and the pool as well, good location.

No hair dryer, no water or coffee in the room,

The place is calm, the garden is beautiful, the room is clean and the theme is cute... The receptionist is super kind and helping and the service is amazing.

The room was good and spacious. I really loved that it had a big bed, and a fridge to put our stuff in it. Also that there was a place to cook our food when needed.And the location is good and close to the city, but also far from all the noise.

The bathroom was really small and not as clean as we thought it would be. Also, we could hear people talking in their rooms while walking through the corridor, and could smell the food being cooked somewhere. There wasn't any soundproofing in the rooms and we could actually hear people partying outside. Underground parking has been a real hassle also, it's small and very crowded, we couldn't park in front of the hotel even though there is an entrance there and needed to park outside and having to go through stairs to reach the hotel, or in the underground parking where it was a hassle to get in and get out of.
