Hampton Inn and Suites Springdale

Location, price very reasonable. Very pleased and surprised at how clean everything was. I felt safe and the pillows were awesome.

I want to clarify something. I initially called thinking someone took my tramadol, room 224 but what had happened is it spilled into my luggage and I didn't realize. I'm so sorry for this misinformation. All staff was fantastic.

We were on traffic side it was noisy.

The front desk people…Holly and Tristen…EXCELLENT HELP…

A couple of people looked like they were living in their cars in the side parking lot! Made me nervous!!

Friendly staff and good location.

Walls and ceiling are paper thin. Hear every conversation in the hall, every step the people above took, and every car on the interstate. The bathtub barely drained. It completely filled with water while showering. There was a consistent group of 4-5 men that hung out by the front door at all times with very loud and foul language. It was obvious they were regulars and not guests. Only a single elevator in the whole place that’s extremely slow. Every door took several times to scan with the key card before it would unlock.
