Quality Inn & Suites Syracuse - Carrier Circle

Price was good and location was ok

Walk to room was way to far for someone with handicap. Had to go past reception fine then had to walk way to far through overly sized area with way to many conference room I don’t what exactly they were before even getting to hall to go to room.

It was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. Everyone I saw was working hard. The front desk was exceptional. I asked for information about local establishments and the workers were very knowledgeable. Any issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. I accidentally spilled some coffee on my pants in the dining area and the very nice lady helped me clean up my mess and even offered to launder my clothing. I slept very well. The bedding was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was noise free. I definitely will be staying there again when in the area. Thank you to the staff of this hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Checking in. After that. NOTHING.

Checking went well but it was down hill after that. The room smelled, couldn’t figure out tv programming. Guide on tv was not the same as actual channels. Front desk was unable to provide hard copy of tv channels. As we had to stay two nights due to surgery, this was so bad. Air in room was so cold we had to ask for extra blankets. Couldn’t get any heat. When you walked outside to car all you could smell was marijuana being used. Maintenance person said he could do nothing about temperature of room

Location is good, near to beach. And staff is good

Not clean, has smell and didn’t worth the price
