First the pros: staff was very nice and accommodating. The messaging system worked great and we were even given a small surprise for our anniversary at check in. The property is very conveniently located and amenities were awesome (pool, private beach, hot tub).

Next the cons; comfort and cleanliness. When we arrived, the bathroom was left with the previous guests’ trash, used hand lotions, used towels stacked outside the front of the door and a clogged toilet (🤢). Walls are EXTREMELY thin…We ended up be woken up at least 8x the first night by hotel staff and neighbors (snoring, doors closing, TV, humming even). We aren’t light sleepers and travel almost monthly, so this seemed atypical. Pillows were some of the worst pillows we’ve ever slept on, so we definitely recommend brining your own if you can. Will we be back? Unlikely and unfortunately - for the nightly cost, we were expecting a nicer stay, especially when celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel room was spacious and came with great ammenties you could use. Hotel staff were very friendly!

Very nice grounds, beautiful pool, ocean front location.

We had requested 1st. floor room but once we checked in we saw the bedroom was up a spiral staircase. Bathroom was downstairs. Just not acceptable for us. We immediately went back to front desk who informed us there was nothing else available. We did not care if there was no kitchen just couldn't manage the stairs. Our partial view was tiny corner of an upstairs window. Literally 3 inches. Also hot tub not working. (Which we both needed, due to injuries) When speaking with the staff (2 very nice young ladies) they had no idea which room was which. I booked this hotel last october after driving around Dennisport looking for a great location. We made the best of it but, overall not very happy. Our "townhouse room" was next door to laundry and ice machine. Very noisy.
