The convenience of the location
Staying on the second floor the hallway was just gross. There were stains all over the rug.
The breakfast was not at all as I should’ve been. Mind blowing that the coffee machine was broke, and there was only decaf coffee because the regular coffee handle was broke.

Employees seemed very busy but tried to accommodate as best as possible. Room was clean.
The room was extremely hot when we arrived. Curtains were open making the sun heat the room and the AC was not on upon arrival Once we turned the AC on, it was discovered it didn't work and the hotel was overbooked. We could not be moved. Once we arrived back for from the concert, we asked if the front desk was able to get us a fan. The hotel clerk had us follow him to get one and it was huge. The evening cooled down enough that we were able to sleep in the room without the fan. There needs to be instructions for the TV. Apparently, we were supposed to purchase a TV package to watch the channels? The hotel clerk did something to make the TV work. The bed was ok, but the sheets were stiff and scratchy.

Convenient - nice staff
Our room was musty smelling and upon investigation in the morn - our A/C unit had mold in/on its fan - yuck. We did let them know it needed attention.
