Checkin--super friendly associate!
VERY clean hotel with comfy beds and a good breakfast. Good location, too... convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, but tucked away on a quiet street.

The location is very good and the staff are exceptionally friendly
there is a lot of air freshener being sprayed in rooms and hallways. I am not sure why this being done but the spray can’t be healthy or natural.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and quiet and well maintained. The location was great and the breakfast was good.
The room was a little small and we did not like the configuration of the bathroom area with the sink out in the room. The room also had a strong smell of cleaning products at first which was somewhat overpowering.
