We actually had to quickly book this room, because the other place didn't work out, and it was wonderful.
I loved the key locked doors, beds very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast is nice.
This isn't TOO much of a complaint, but our family member that sleeps later missed the breakfast before check out, having it to 9 is a little odd.

The lady at the desk at the time of my check in was pleasant and helped me immediately with my issue. The property is an older building but they have done a good job and keeping it clean and tidy. Ample parking, variety in restaurants and a huge grocery store literally in walking distance. Good breakfast! Spacious rooms.
The bed. Unfortunately the bed was so bad for my back. The beds have springs if I am not mistaken but mine was particularly uneven and was so uncomfortable for the whole night but that’s the only thing. The issue of homeless unfortunately isn’t the hotels problem. But yes there are occasional homeless people who may wonder around but this is a national issue and if the leaders worked for their people this hotel wouldn’t have to deal with this issue since they can’t control who walks around.
