The breakfast is awesome especially the blueberry muffins, and the cookies and milk at night just makes the stay sweeter. Definitely will book again next time we go. Thank you Sunset Inn.
The ceiling fan looked like it was ready to fall out the ceiling when turned on, it was just unbalanced, not an issue.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to the beach.
Spa tub was a little strain to reach to use the shower. Needed some light over coffee area so you can see without lighting the whole room.

This is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderfully decorated, not a lot of room, but comfortable. I believe they upgraded our room since they were not overly occupied. The breakfast was made on site and well served. The outside small patio was very nice.
The inside chairs weren't very comfy. There's not a lot to do in Cayucos and depending on the day, some businesses weren't open-- especially our favorite restaurant. However, there are two really nice antique stores that are always open.

Friendly staff, lovely room with unique decor, great location. Unique breakfast options.
The room wasn’t clean when we got there but they took care of it immediately. The loud “yacht rock” music at breakfast. I recommend music like Pink Martini or Melody Gardot to go better with your French theme. The room and towels were strongly scented. I prefer unscented. Also, it wasn’t clear in the listing description that this was the only room in the hotel that does NOT have a balcony or ocean view. It’s in the back of the hotel.
