This property feels like home. The room is really big and no icky carpet. Really nice floors. Has a microwave, fridge, a nice table for 2 to sit at or work from, wide shower head and great water pressure, lots of places for storage, and the view of the farmland is awesome first thing in the morning, afternoon, or night. Just 5-8 minutes into Lancaster or 11-15 for more towards downtown part. There is so much shopping, entertainment, food places nearby and you can walk to them or ride a bike. There is a medical facility behind the hotel if you may not feel the best. And it is so quiet though it’s next to everything. The staff is so kind. A true hidden gem.

This doesn’t even apply on any level. It’s really perfectly put together.

Rooms: Clean! And beds were comfortable. Appreciated fridge and microwave. The location was perfect and convenient for our needs in between Route 30 and Philly Pike.

It wasn't welcoming upon arrival as the carpeting in hallways and stairs was very filthy. However, the rooms had LVP which were clean. If we wanted to hang clothing or iron, it wasn't possible as there were none--no hangers in the exposed closet and no possibility of ironing as that was not available either. Suggest NOT to get room 33 as it adjoins to the owners. They were extremely noisy in the early mornings until near 10am. When we knocked on the joining door and asked them to quiet down, they did but one shouldn't have to do this. Avoid room 33. There wasn't a continental breakfast as advertised just coffee apparently.
