The room was very spacious and clean, with great facilities. The bed was really comfortable and the location was perfect for our stay.
The foyer where breakfast was served was nice..
Overall it was good value for money and a comfortable stay.
The breakfast set up and options were disappointing. The staff weren't overly interested, and a little rude when we asked if there were more coffee cups: told "when people return them we can wash them".
It was also disappointing to see plastic plates and cutlery, and small pieces of fruit served in plastic cups.
Overall it didn't feel like a really welcoming atmosphere or the high standard I would expect from a Hilton.

I liked how big and clean the room was.
The elevator was in a hidden spot that had me unsure of where to find it at times. The hotel hot tub was not hot at all.

The breakfast staff were enthusiastic, but the food was marginal. Overall hotel location was poor.
Did NOT like that the facility was "pet friendly". For those of us with allergies, the "deep cleaning" that is described after a dog visit is not good enough. Dog barking at 7:30 AM is unacceptable.
