Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Overpriced. Need better coffee.

We were very happy with our stay in the Best Western in Victor. It was a short drive outside the city of Rochester, but it was well worth the drive. The motel had everything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with the breakfast and the staff, and the price was reasonable. The staff at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. We loved that we could make our own breakfast burritos! Diane & David

Clean - Easily accessible from highway- Very close to gas station and places to eat.
Parking lot a bit crammed and dimly lit.

Affordability, the location was decent as far as having a gas station next door!
The doors were difficult to open, it's like they stuck. You had to use your full body weight to open our room, and to ensure that it was completely closed.
