Very friendly staff and clean room. They also had a snack bar if we got hungry late at night.
No complaints

AMY at the front desk was not only friendly but helped me through a rough time at the moment that I was having by being concerned and caring.
We got a non smoking room and clearly someone had been smoking in there and it smelled like smoke. not great because of that but hotel was great and room was great.

Food at breakfast was ok and staff was friendly,
TV did not work - they offered a room change but it was 10:30 at night and we were unpacked.
Beds were too firm. Not comfortable.
Hotel hard to get to due to road construction and entrance not well marked at night.
