A huge thank you to Nathalie, the owners, and Denise at Best Western Rocky Mountain Lodge for going above and beyond for me. When the hotel shuttle wasn’t available, they kept their promise, arranged alternative transportation, and even covered my cab expense.
Their kindness, care, and genuine commitment to their guests truly made a difference. This is the kind of hospitality you don’t forget. Thank you all for going the extra mile!

I liked the hot breakfast and the many options.
I didn't like having to get my own toilet paper and tissues from the front desk.
I didn't like having to get replacement towels from the front desk.
I certainly didn't like paying $300 a night for this lower end hotel experience.
