Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach

it was peaceful

no chair or umbrella service at the beach / was told about the parking after making the reservation / was told pool and water view did not have that as was listed on the internet

James Dean at the front desk was awesome and helped us out immensely

The bed wasn’t comfortable

Breakfast and kitchen staff members were awesome!

The beach overpass was dangerously steep and no traction on the far right access. I had a family member fall straight down hurting his back and back of skull. After getting him stable enough I made a report and staff at front desk showed no concern for my injured child. No ice pack or sympathy shown. I followed up yesterday and still nothing concerning my childs injury or apology. It's very disappointing the lack of common human decency at the front desk and from the management department. Lack of human concern in general!
