I like the pool. And the gym is good. . The staffs are very nice and friendly. Mariana was very nice n helpful. The hotel location is good close to the border n outlet mall
I didn't like the bed as it's not firm enough to support. I didn't like the temperature control either because when I turned it to low it felt hot in my room. And when I turned it to auto it's noisy. And the wifi was inopt on my entire stay at the hotel

The comfortable rooms and the history of the hotel. This was a Hotel Favorite for my parents back when I was a teenager.
The WIFI was not working. Also the breakfast staff was not attentive. we had to leave after a 20-minute wait for water and someone to take our order.

Architecture
Felt like staying at a government barracks and the staff only cater to the border patrol agents and everyone else didn’t matter, not hotel 4 star service at all. Restaurant opens and closes when they want ignoring paying customers after serving the government personnel.
