Convenience of location, cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable
There is no elevator and my room was on the second floor. I had 2 suitcases, and I'm an older female, so it was difficult to manage getting up the stairs with my luggage.. I suggest if you have a lot of luggage and by yourself request a first floor room. By no means does this change my high rating since the hotel was great other than this inconvenience for me.

Close to stores and restaurants
Staff wasn’t very hospitable
Breakfast was horrible. We stayed 3 days and each morning was the same. Scrambled eggs and sausage. They looked warmed from the day before and it tasted very bland.
TV and phone didn’t work.
AC wasn’t working properly
Will never stay here again.
