A bit pricey, but worth it

The best part of the day was the morning desk clerk that checked us in and we saw every morning she suggested good restaurants to check out and activities that we were possibly interested in seeing she is extremely friendly.

The first room that they assigned us, was not clean the bathroom, stink of us open sewer. The AC unit in the room rattled was very noisy. We proceeded to go downstairs and inform them they moved us to another room that was more acceptable. In the morning before we left, we asked them to straighten up the room and empty the trash when we return to our room that evening the room was in a total disarray. The trash was still overflowing the complementary cups and coffee was not refilled, I proceed to go downstairs to the desk and ask why our room was not cleaned and trash emptied. I also asked for fresh towels and washcloths. He said he will be right up with the towels wash cloth and changed the linen on the bed. He hit when he knocked on the door and put the stuff at the door and left the towels and linen on the floor in the hallway did not come into the room and prepare the bed for our night stay. I was not too interested in the breakfast. It was was pastries brought out of the freezer and some a little bit of juice. The evening front desk, crew are rude and unfriendly, brand new drink mug was left on entertainment center next to the television when we call about it, they said they would hold it for us and give us a call. We never receive a call. I called back an hour later and next morning and they said the clean crew did not see one?
