Clean and staff were friendly
We had a king and the mattress seemed old. We’d roll towards each other

Good
We had a handicap room but the tub was too dangerous for my husband to be able to use. Theses rooms need a walk in shower.

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Bed was old and uncomfortable, drapes were off the hooks. Wallpaper torn, paint old and dingy. Carpet is ancient, tiles in the elevator were br. There is a one inch gap between the floor and the elevator mayor a challenge to push the luggage cart inside the elevator. Nice people but the facilities are in desperate need of repair, update, and renovation,
See above. Also I had sent an email to you about having to modify the reservation and no one ever responded to me from your end. Totally dissatisfied with your service and will not use again.
