Hotel Victor South Beach

We loved the location and our deluxe king room. The shower was exceptional

We’d booked and prepaid for breakfast in advance, this was missed by the staff so we went to breakfast the first morning only to discover that we had to pay as the restaurant is separate to the hotel. When we flagged this to Reception we were given vouchers for the remainder of our stay but no refund for day 1. We also found that the prepaid breakfast menu was a laminated piece of paper with limited choices whilst the main menu was superb. This was disappointing and not clear on booking.

Wonderful Art Deco hotel in the vicinity of ‘ where it happens ‘ and still great relaxing atmosphere and quiet comfortable rooms with great people like Mr Pino.!

The location is great . It’s right on ocean but wasn’t loud in the room at all . The staff was so helpful and friendly . The spa was awesome !!!

My only complaint was that the tv in the room was outdated !!! Please get smart TV’s for folks like me who like to relax and catch up on specific shows

Hotel needs a refurbishment. The spa is not part of hotel despite paying a facility fee.
