Cortona Inn and Suites Anaheim Resort

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. They had lots of options to choose from.

Parking spots seemed a bit reduced. We had to squeeze out of the car and make sure not to hit other cars. I also didn’t like how on the last day closer to checkout time there was no working water.

This is our third time, and we weren’t even going to Disneyland on this trip. We had actually gone to Knotts berry farm, but wanted to stay at a place we know, and love. The property had done some room upgrades since our last stay, and the moment I opened the door it was noticeable. Brand new black out curtain was amazing! Breakfast being included is always a plus, but the options are so nice. Today we had biscuits and gravy, with a sausage patty on the side. There was also cereal, fruit, bread, muffins and toast options. Fruit juice, milk, coffee, tea and hard boiled eggs available. The staff was so nice, Ana helped me and was very kind, and patient. The kiddos loved the pool/hot tub time. The location is great it’s about a mile away from the park, but directly across the street from the parking lot. My kiddos and I walked to Downtown Disney, and rode the tram back. It was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Only one ice machine was working and it wasn’t labeled properly on the map of the hotel. Parking is $30 daily on top of the room cost, but that’s all of the hotels in the area. Other than that I can’t really complain. I really love this hotel.

Good value and well located for our needs. We had been at the convention centre for work and added a couple of extra days. For a basic stay the property offered good value with a basic breakfast included in the price. We were able to catch the shuttle to Disney from the stop at next door hotel but you could walk it in under 20 mins. Generous size room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub but looked nice enough in a motel style way. Staff were nice. Had an issue with them not excepting Amex despite booking being made with an Amex card.

There was a lot of noise early in the mornings from garbage trucks and cars leaving the parking lot. Also the air conditioning unit was very noisy as the compressor was inside the room. We had to switch it off over night.

Conveniently located and less than a 10 min walk to the Toy Story parking to catch their shuttle. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was not appealing; not as many options as I expected. The remote control also kept going unprogrammed which was a headache...happened twice during our stay. The first time, I called down to the front desk who sent someone up to fix it however communication was hard with the employee bc he didn't speak any English. The second time happened the morning of us checking out so we just left it alone. Parking was a headache as the parking lot isn't very big. We ended up leaving our car parked all weekend and walking to shuttle.
