Holiday Inn Express Richmond - Midtown by IHG

The room was beautiful I really enjoyed my stay wish I booked longer the handicap accessible world was immaculate very accessible everything was great the soap the lotion the ironing board microwave refrigerator the couch I really enjoyed myself

The price is a little bit High

Cleanliness, proximity to where I needed to go the morning after stay, breakfast.

Mattress was too soft for me & I didn't sleep well. Also ,the pool was not open and that was a disappointment!

Comfortable beds, great breakfast selection

Not quite as clean as expected. Doors/handles and light switches should be wiped. Around edges of bathroom. Moved a tiny table over a bit and the floor was obviously not cleaned under it. Yuck.

Liked that it didn’t feel over crowded, when we asked a housekeeper to help change our sheets the late afternoon on the second day she was able to come by right away.

Pictures online of property are not accurate. We chose property due to ratings however didn’t experience the same. Arriving late in the evening & tired after traveling, the Tv didn’t work and the AC cooling was inconsistent causing us to wake up when it got warm and getting up to cool the room several times throughout the night. When it cooled, it was too cold but would warm up again on its own, The bed and pillows are very firm. No drinking water in the rooms. For a 3 night stay for 2, asked for towels. Not sure why HK didn’t make it on the second day as promised.
