Exactly property for the price! Great location and very friendly and attentive staff. For the price and location , it was exactly what we needed. The room and area was very clean for our stay and had no issues with guests. Very noisy location between the 9-11 hours due to street and cars, but it was tolerable and child didn’t wake at all. Perfect room/hotel for quick naps and quick sit around and going out and about more. Pool was very clean and was a comfortable temperature for being outdoors.
Room was very small and lacked some things other rooms would have (ex:trash can in bathroom, more shelving room/space for things, more outlets,having to take trash to trash can ourselves). The location of the hotel was once but ended up being very noisy between the 9pm-12 hours due to street walkers from the bars and sport cars, but it was tolerable and our child didn’t wake at all.

The room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The motel has a furnished walkway that overlooks Baltimore Avenue and is great for relaxing and people watching.
The room is very small and the bed is not very comfortable. The television is outdated as is the wifi connection. We tried to watch Netflix but it was lagging and cutting out. The room usually rents for $60, charging $600 during a music festival was shameful!
