Location near Chelsea Market and Highline is great
Staff couldve been friendlier and more outgoing.

Gorgeous-the pool was wonderful.
There were little things that could use some help - a little paint here, a sign there.

The location was GREAT!
It is different and not your normal "NYC hotel location" and that is what makes it such a great place to stay. The subway is right there on 8th Avenue. You have the High Line, Chelsea Market, The Hudson River, the start of the village and so much more with Union Square just a 10 minute walk!
The rooms - they skimped on them. They are just a bit too small and cramped. The lighting system is weird (Light switch behind the door in the bathroom???) and too bright... The sound insulation is poor too.... Do not need to hear a woman being satisfied in the room next door....
