Best Western Plus Palm Desert Resort

the pool was great my grandson enjoys it very much front desk she awesome this is my second time here very friendly hopeful made my checking wonderful the room was clean

the room smell like piss and the carpet it felt grease dont want this room no more if possible or next time

breakfast was cooked by really friendly and great cook. the best poached eggs and hash potatoes and sausages EVER.

I really have no complaint at all.. I have been travelling most of my life professionally with some of the biggest rock bands. this hotel stands up against many other hotels hands down.

The pool and hot tub area was very nice. Breakfast was FANTASTIC! Hot, made to order. Best value ever for the price of the room.

Had a problem when checking in (staff member made a mistake and transposed the digits on the room keys... 214 instead of 241). I spent 10 minutes trying to find room 214 (after traveling for 10 hours that day, I was tired and it was hot and I just wanted to go to the room). Finally found 214, but my key wouldn't work. All of a sudden, a big man in his boxers opens the door and yells at me. It scared the crap out of me (I was shaking). I went back to the front desk and they corrected the mistake and comp'd us half price on the room. It was a mistake, but it did not start my stay off well.
