It’s close and a fair price
The beds are basic the pillows are flat.

Best part was the location: one block from the beach and Pomeroy Street downtown Pismo.
One afternoon some blaring music from their room. Had to go downstairs to find out about house rules on noise. Had to upgrade our room to get a tub. But it was upstairs. No elevator. Free coffee for breakfast.
