Immaculate, which is unusual for a lot of hotels. Zero bed bugs-super happy about that. Friendly staff. Comfortable and safe. Very nice place to stay. Don't be fooled by the surroundings.

I liked the hotel a lot, but I didn't care for the town of Auburndale. Maybe the location hurts this hotel? Also, they desperately need to do better to have the entrance stand out. I passed it up because there wasn't any lighting or signage or anything on the ground to guide me to make that right turn into the parking lot. I got there at night. This was a huge problem.

Breakfast and heated pool

Had to switch rooms because of loud music. Nobody seemed to care that I was inconvenienced when something should have been done about the problem. The walls are very thin.
