The room was what I expected without a lot of frills. It was clean and spacious enough. Checkin was easy and the place was quiet and close to many places to eat and shop. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.
I had to take a room on the second floor but it was up an easy staircase. I still would have rather been on the ground floor.

Close to kennebunk.
Bed is hard as hell, when the room above me gets rented its worse than a haunted house, no ice,no smoking which I never have but plenty of butts everywhere. If you have any issue at all forget it because you get what's in the room thats it no matter what there is no pleasing of guests and I've been here almost 3weeks!
