Riverview Lodge

The property is well kept with a variety foliage and roses. Very inviting /welcome scene. The Double Queen room was clean and fresh smell, comfortable. Beds /coverings are comfortable , enuf warm covers . Basic amenities working. It is not a franchise / or formal hotel- I like to support the local business-

I didn’t have any major issues- it seems to be a nice getaway stay - with minimalist features.

After touring the fruit loop with my girlfriends we checked in at the lodge located close to downtown Hood River. It was only a five minute walk to breakfast at Egg River Cafe where they had a varied menu with delicious food. We walked through the neighborhood just northeast of the lodge and saw many beautiful and unique homes. We drove just a few minutes up the road to walk and shop. You have to pay for parking. Dinner at 3 Rivers Grill was excellent. Everyone was seated on the patio, enjoying their meal and sunset in early October (dogs welcome). Returning to the lodge we felt safe and comfortable in our clean rooms. I was able to park 5 ft from my room on the first floor. Overall, a great trip with my friends. Thank you Riverview Lodge.

The TV kept lagging every few minutes making it difficult to watch.

A good clean space to stay not far from the main street in Hood River. Not fancy but a little river view and Mt. Adams in the distance.

I did wish there were a few rooms with king beds.

Close to shops and food.

Pool and hot tub were not working. Drain in tub did not work great.
