I like the courtyard and heated pool and friendly staff. Room was updated and nice. Ice machine worked well. The breakfast was good. The beach is beautiful and I saw an amazing sunrise.
The courtyard has Montauk daisies which are beautiful but bring allot of bees…. The machines in the game room are mostly broken. Bar was not open. No exhaust I stalled in the bathroom and window is in a tough spot to access. The rates went way up but the hotel hasn’t changed much.

As requested, we had an ocean and pool view. The two queen beds were very comfortable each with 4 pillows. The sheets and towels were high quality white cotton and spotless. The bathroom was very clean.
The bathroom is a little dated. We didn't have hot water on one of our days there. Parking can be an issue when the hotel is full.

Could have been cleaner, not very private outside.
TV did not work, and it was raining, so we couldn't even watch a movie 🙄
