The location is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful scenery, able to walk to Pemigewasset River just behind the cottage i stayed in. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and kept the grounds and cottage very clean. Air conditioners worked great and hot water was plentiful. I will be returning for both winter and summertime trips going forward. I have found my base of operations for my White Mountain getaways.

Amazing nature and wonderful areas to hike nearby. There is a nice little stream right outside the hotel you can enjoy for a picnic or splash. The owners are very nice.
Outdated and very basic. sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
