Appeared clean overall. It was an older motel and was surprisingly clean and comfortable. We were exhausted after flying from Quebec to Sacramento and just needed a rest before driving home. The big names were booked so we gave this a try. The clerk was helpful. The room had Comfortable beds and good pillows. Spacious for motel.
Minor crud in the corner behind the bathroom door. Nothing much.

Close to I-5 and gas stations.
Could hear freeway noise.

There was no breakfast offered. Very quiet & secure.
A small breakfast would have been nice.

When I seen it on the website it was going for $66 plus taxes. I did not see anything about a $15 charge per dog. It just said dog friendly. So it ended up being much more than what I had thought or it was worth.
It was not homely. Feeling. I felt I was in a cheap one night hotel.

"Clean, large rooms. Plenty of space to stretch out with a table & sofa area."
