Close to food and shopping
We had insects in the window sill . We were given bug spray but the bugs were dead…just hanging out😳

The beds were super comfortable and clean rooms
No breakfast and the wifi doesn’t work. I guess the router isn’t strong enough to cover the entire hotel

Good location, plenty of food options around. Staff was friendly.
The rooms, at least the one we stayed in, could use a face lift and a little more attention. There were spackle patches on the walls and some separation in some of the bathroom floor tiles.
Cleaning could use some more scrutiny. The hair dryer was covered in a sticky substance, there was hair/dirt in the sink, and some of the sheets had stains. The bigger issue was the pests. Ants were on virtually every surface in the room, including the shower, and I saw at least one roach on the bathroom floor.
